In the fourth match of the Super 12 stage of the T20 World Cup, Pakistan made history by defeating India by 10 wickets after a thrilling contest.
In the Pak-India match being played in Dubai, captain Babar Azam won the toss and invited India to bat. India scored 151 runs in the allotted 20 overs.
For Pakistan, captain Babar Azam played a responsible innings of 68 runs in which he also hit 4 fours and 2 sixes.
Wicketkeeper-batsman Mohammad Rizwan played an innings of 79 runs which included 5 fours and 2 sixes.
No bowler from India could take a single wicket.
Earlier, India’s innings did not start well. In-form batsman KL Rahul 3 while Rohit Sharma returned to the pavilion without scoring a run.
