PDM’s political power show today, preparations for a large gathering at Minar Pakistan have been completed. 120 feet long, 12 feet wide stage ready, sound system installed, more than 40,000 chairs installed. Political leaders have tall flexes and big screens installed. Workers from different parties continue to arrive.

5,000 JUI volunteers took over security arrangements. A meeting of PDM leaders was convened at Ayaz Sadiq’s residence at 1.30 pm. Leaders will leave for Minar-e-Pakistan in a convoy. Security cameras have been installed by the district administration.

Today’s meeting will announce the next stages of the movement. The meeting will be attended by the leadership and central leaders of the parties involved in the PDM alliance. PML-N leader Muhammad Nawaz Sharif will address the meeting via video link. The government did not formally allow the PDM to hold a rally and in this context, preparations to maintain law and order were made. Will be held for which preparations have been completed.

The meeting will wake up the rulers. He said that people would come today to bid farewell to the puppet rulers. The government’s Galum Gluch Brigade has no status among the people. Lahore will go out today to get rid of inflation, poverty and unemployment. Qamar Zaman Kaira said that we want elections without any interference by removing the puppet.

PDM chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman says the Minar-e-Pakistan rally will be historic, Lahore will break all records, the end of illegitimate and incompetent government is the voice of the whole of Pakistan.

It is to be noted that for the first time in the history, the political meeting is being monitored by cameras at the official level. A control room was set up in the DC office and two companies of Rangers were called. In the first phase, in case of emergency, Rangers will take charge.

The district administration of Lahore has installed 150 cameras for strict monitoring of the PDM meeting from time to time. Allied department officers are sitting in the control room. Emergency was declared in public and private hospitals of the city due to the threat alert.
